OM Yoga show in Manchester
Yoga is a big part of our life, getting us started for the day, relaxes us in the weekend. That is why we love to be part of this event. For 3 days we'll be doing yoga and talking chocolate. Give you an insight to how we make it and why we use liquid coconut nectar to sweeten our chocolate.
The festival is becoming the biggest yoga gathering in Europe, and one of the largest events of its kind in the world.
It is the perfect introduction to the ancient Indian practice of yoga, renowned for relaxing the body and de-stressing the mind: the perfect counter to today’s modern world.
